How fast do you respond?+
Most player-support tickets are answered the same day, always within 24 hours. Billing tickets can take up to 48 hours on business days while we verify the account.
I think someone is cheating in my race+
Please email support@speedbetracing.com with the match ID (visible at the top of the race screen) and a short description. We log every physics tick on the server, so we can almost always reconstruct what happened.
Can I withdraw winnings right now?+
Yes — save your Binance details on your Account page, then request a withdrawal from the Withdrawals page. Payouts are sent manually in USDT to your Binance account after a quick review. The first withdrawal may require an identity check (KYC).
